Abstract

本发明提出了一种侧修边模废料处理机构,包括压件器、举升器、修边凸模和凹模刀块,压件器安装在上模本体上,举升器安装在下模本体上,在压件器上与举升器对应位置设有弹顶销;修边凸模通过斜锲安装在上模本体上,凹模刀块通过凹模座安装在下模本体上;在压件器的下端与修边凸模对应的位置设有修边凸模挡块;在修边凸模的刃口前端设有弹顶销。通过在压件器上设置凸模挡块,减小让刀,提高切割精度;由于凹模刀块刀背比刃口高,随着深入切割,废料被完全切掉,修边凸模前端安装的弹顶销将废料直接顶出,排出模具体外,避免卡模。该机构制造简单,成本低,可轻松实现废料排出,确保自动化生产线稳定有序运行,提高工作效率。

The lateral trimming die waste treatment mechanism comprises a workpiece pressing device, a lifter, a convex trimming die and a concave die cutting block, wherein the workpiece pressing device is mounted on an upper die body, the lifter is mounted on a lower die body, and an elastic lifting pin is arranged at a position, corresponding to the lifter, of the workpiece pressing device; the convex trimming die is mounted on the upper die body through a slanting wedge, and the concave die cutting body is mounted on the lower die body through a concave die seat; a convex trimming die stopping block is arranged at a position, corresponding to the convex trimming die, of the lower end of the workpiece pressing device; an elastic lifting pin is arranged at the front end of a cutting edge of the convex trimming die. According to the lateral trimming die waste treatment mechanism, the convex trimming die stopping block is arranged on the workpiece pressing device, so that cutter back-off is reduced, and the cutting precision is improved; the back of the concave die cutting block is higher than the cutting edge, so that wastes are completely cut off along with deep cutting; the elastic lifting pin mounted at the front end of the convex trimming die directly pushes out the wastes, and the wastes are discharged out of a die body, so that die blockage is prevented; the lateral trimming die waste treatment mechanism is simply manufactured, is low in cost, and can easily discharge the wastes so as to ensure that the automatic production line stably and orderly runs; the working efficiency is improved.
